Shipping and Return Policy

Hello and thank you for ordering with Jadelynn Brooke! We are SO happy to serve you in any way we can, and want to make your JLB experience the BEST. Please read our shipping and return policy carefully and thoroughly to ensure that ordering with us is always a happy experience!

    Shipping:

    • Our shipping cost for orders with a total purchase cost of $0-$99.99 is $9.00 and is economy shipping through USPS.  **While we do everything in our power to process orders as fast as possible - we are currently seeing a delay in USPS deliveries that can be up to 2-3 weeks.  While we have reached out to USPS regarding the delays, we can not be responsible once an order has been shipped.  We would advise considering the UPS expedited options when checking out.**
    • We offer free shipping on orders with a total purchase of $100.00 or more after discounts and before sales tax (if applicable) to most locations within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, this offer does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii due to higher shipping costs to these regions but we will do our best to offer the most affordable shipping cost to you. In addition, we cannot offer free shipping for international orders at this time. We hope to continue to improve and be able to offer this in the future. 
    • UPS Ground and Expediting shipping options are available at checkout at an additional cost if customer chooses to do so. 
    • All orders, of available product,  placed by 3 p.m. CST will ship out same day. Order placed after this time will ship out the following day. All orders received after 3pm CST on Friday thru the weekend will Ship on Monday.
    • Jadelynn Brooke is not responsible for:
      • Delays in shipping due to USPS or UPS
      • Stolen packages
      • Packages damaged during shipping
      • International Custom charges
      • Packages marked as “delivered” by USPS or UPS. At this point, please contact your local post office or UPS service center with information regarding your package. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered.
      • In order to help accommodate our customers, we now offer Package Protection through our partner Route. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, Route will refund or replace it. This Package Protection is an additional cost offered at checkout.

    Wrong Address Disclaimer

    • Jadelynn Brooke is not responsible for a package shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure the address is listed correctly. Orders needed to be re-shipped will be at the expense of the customer. 
    • If you notice that the address listed is incorrect after placing an order, please email us at lisa@jadelynnbrooke.com. However, because of our quick processing timeline to get the product to our customers as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to make the change to the package.

    International Consumers:

    • We are excited to now offer international shipping options for our customers outside of the US. We are able to offer international shipping options through UPS. However, we are not responsible for custom tax, duties, and fees charged by your government.  Please contact your country’s custom office for information regarding charges and rates to your package. We are unable to give information regarding international rates and fees, and advise that you contact your country’s customs office or tax agent.
    • Jadelynn Brooke is not responsible for any orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Therefore, we recommend to our international customers to utilize our Package Protection offered at checkout through our partnership with Route at an additional cost. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, Route will refund or replace it.

    Changes to Orders:

    • Due to our shipping and delivery times, we cannot guarantee the ability to make changes to orders submitted.
