Shipping and Return Policy
Hello and thank you for ordering with Jadelynn Brooke! We are SO happy to serve you in any way we can, and want to make your JLB experience the BEST. Please read our shipping and return policy carefully and thoroughly to ensure that ordering with us is always a happy experience!
Big Things to Mention:
- Orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after they are placed. If you need to modify an order, please refer to our exchange and return process.

- To ensure your package is delivered to you as quickly as possible, Jadelynn Brooke uses 2 to 3 day Priority Shipping through United States Postal Services (USPS). The cost of shipping within the United States is as follows:
- Envelope/Mailer Shipping: Total purchase of $0.00- $10.99 = $4.00
- Standard Shipping: Total purchase $11.00- $74.00 = $8.00
- Free Shipping: Total purchase of $75.00 or more after discounts
- The cost of shipping to Canada is based on the total weight of the order.
- All orders placed by 12 p.m. CST will ship out same day. Order placed after this time will ship out the following day.
- Jadelynn Brooke is not responsible for:
- Delays in shipping due to USPS
- International Custom charges
- Packages marked as “delivered” by USPS. At this point, please contact your local post office with information regarding your package. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
- Jadelynn Brooke is not responsible for a package shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure the address is listed correctly.
- If you notice that the address listed is incorrect after placing an order, please email us at Kimber@jadelynnbrooke.com. However, because of our quick processing timeline to get the product to our customers as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to make the change to the package.
- We are happy to ship to our international customers, but we cannot be responsible for any custom tax, duties and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country’s custom office for information regarding charges and rates to your package. We are unable to give information regarding international rates and fees, and advise that you contact your country’s customs office or tax agent.
