Returns & Exchanges

Hello and thank you for ordering with Jadelynn Brooke! We are SO happy to serve you in any way we can, and want to make your JLB experience the BEST. Please read our shipping and return policy carefully and thoroughly to ensure that ordering with us is always a happy experience!

 Big Things to Mention:

  • We are happy to help if you need your order changed, modified or canceled however, once the order has shipped we are unable to do so.  Please refer to our exchange and return process.
  • Exchanges must be conducted within a 5 day period after the original order has been received.  After this time, an exchange will not be permitted.

Return and Exchange Policy & Process:

  • If you would like to make an exchange of any kind to Jadelynn Brooke, please contact lisa@jadelynnbrooke.com. You must have proof of purchase or order number available. 
  • Please return your unworn items with the hangtag in place, as well as a note containing your name, original order number, reason for exchange and what you would like in exchange to:
    • ATTN: Lisa, Jadelynn Brooke, 1705 Hog Hollow Road, Dripping Springs, TX 78620
    • Items must be free of fragrance, i.e., perfume, etc.
    • Unwashed/unworn with tags still attached
    • Returned in the same manner it was received and in original packaging to prevent bending, creasing, etc. especially with bags, duffles, etc.  
  • Please note that the following items CANNOT be exchanged or returned:
    • Final Few items
    • Custom Products
    • Mystery bag items
    • Discounted/Promotional Items
    • Flash sale items
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of a return. However, Jadelynn Brooke will cover the cost of shipping for the item being sent in exchange.
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return and 5-7 business days for your exchanged item to be processed and shipped to you.
  • Please include a note inside the package you send to us that contains your name, order number and what you are exchanging for. 

 Refund Policy:

  • Other than in the instance of a damaged item, Jadelynn Brooke does not offer refunds for any of our products.
  • If you would like to return a product, you can receive a store credit in exchange. Please email lisa@jadelynnbrooke.com with this request.

 Store Credit Policy & Process:

  • If you would like to receive store credit in exchange for a product, please mail back your item to our address (listed in “Return and Exchange Policy & Process”) with a note containing your name, order number, reason of return and that you would like to receive a store credit.
  • All store credit codes will be emailed to the email address associated with your account on file.
  • When using a store credit code, enter the code in the “Gift Card and Discount Code” field upon checkout.

Damaged/Defected Items:

  • If you have received any products with damage or defects to your items, we will gladly replace them. In such cases, please contact Lisa at lisa@jadelynnbrooke.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include a photo of the damages/defects in your product in your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages or defects caused by shipping and handling or incorrect sizing.
  • You can exchange or refund damaged items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Any returns after 30 days but up to 90 days can be exchanged or can receive store credit in the form of an e-gift card.  
  • After 90 days items will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.

Holiday Exchange Policy:

  • All holiday items and apparel must be returned or exchanged by January 4th.
  • Please refer to the “Return and Exchange Policy & Process” for instructions regarding the return of all holiday items.
